Database: Violations & Water Test Results of Rural Water Dist. #2 – Hughes County Oklahoma

We can pick & chose the clothes we wear, the car we drive & even the food we eat, but we can not chose the water.  It appears to me from reading various sites of governmental entities that assist rural water utilities, that the standards are set extremely low for rural water districts.  I will elaborate later on in separate posting.   If these standards that seem to be designed to be set so low for rural areas, whereby allowing the rural water districts to take priority over the health of it’s rural customers, then I find it necessary to post the database links of test results and violations.   Doing so may help others in research on the Oklahoma rural water district that delivers  water thru its system to one’s home.

This posting is specific to Hughes County Rural Water District #2, (RWD2) State of Oklahoma, regarding database of its violations, water testing results, sampling and other useful info.  This information is provided by The Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) website.  According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) website, the SDWIS/state version is:

a database designed by EPA to help states run their drinking water programs. Sharing a name with SDWIS/FED (Safe Drinking Water Information System/federal version), SDWIS/STATE is the state counterpart to EPA’s federal drinking water information system…..
